Gym section.
Weight lifting, toning, endurance training etc 
The gym operates from 6am-9pm weekdays,
9am -6pm on weekends and public holidays  
 
 
Aerobics section 
Steps, floor aerobics, insanity, meta fit, Zumba, circuit training, etc 
Aerobics classes have 3 sessions: morning 6:30-7.30, lunch hour 1-2pm, and evening 6-7pm  
In addition, we have qualified trainers who value you and make sure your goals are met. 
Notes:
  • Membership is not transferable and non-refundable
  • Open daily Monday-Friday 6am-9pm Saturday:9am-6pm Sundays and public holidays closed
  • Aerobic classes 3 session morning 6am-7am, lunch time 1pm-2pm, evening 6pm-7pm daily Monday to 
    Friday, Saturday 12pm-2pm aerobics challenge, Sunday closed.
